TUGAS Bahasa Inggris 2 : Kenapa saya memilih jurusan Manajemen

WHY I CHOOSE MANAJEMENT MAJORS

When I was in high school, I wanted to be an entrepreneur, so from that I majored in social studies. In high school, I was still learning the basics of business. I want to be an entrepreneur inspired by my parents.

My parents are business people. I grew up and all of it was given from that income. Before I went to university, the first thing I thought about was the direction I had to take. After I see my parent's job. Eventually I realized that I could follow my parents' work. Not just following, but I should be able to make my parents business bigger.

After I graduated from highschool. I tried a test at a state university and a private university. After that I escaped at one university in the country and two private universities. Finally i choose gunadarma university, because only in university gunadarma i get management majors.

So I entered the management department at Gunadarma University. There I can learn about various management sciences that I did not get in other majors. After I learned, I learned how to manage the company better and how to make a profit. After that all I can also learn to practice when we get the capital we have to spend. In management also I can analyze how we handle risks in our company, also can how we get the maximum profit.

After I entered the management department. I hope to achieve my goal to continue my parent's business. With business continuity, I can open job opportunities for unemployment in Jakarta. Because if not me, who else will continue my parent business.

TUGAS Bahasa Inggris 2 : Present Tense dan Present Perfect Tense

Extra funds to be alloted for land certification

Agrarian and Spatial Planning Minister Sofyan Djalil has said that his ministry will be able to certify 5 million plots of land this year as targeted by President Joko “Jokowi” Widodo as the Finance Ministry will disburse extra funds for the program.
“About the funding, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati has agreed there will be additional funds in June,” said Sofyan as reported by kontan.co.id on Friday.
Only Rp 1.4 trillion (US$104.94 million) for certification has been allotted in the 2017 state budget. Sofyan said previously that the funds were enough only for the certification of 2 million plots of land, while President Jokowi insisted that the ministry certify 5 million plots of land.
Sofyan said his ministry needed Rp 2.8 trillion to achieve the government's target.
The problem is that the revised state budget is usually approved by the House of Representatives in September, Sofyan said.
If the money is disbursed in September, it will be very late. (type 1) Therefore, I have convinced the coordinating economic minister and the finance minister that we need the money,” Sofyan said, adding that land certification required time for mapping, measuring, registration and certification.
He said that of the 130 million plots of land in the country, only 46 million had been certified.
Coordinating Economic Minister Darmin Nasution assured that land certification would continue even though the state budget had not been revised. “There will be bridging funds to assure that land certification can continue,” he added. (bbn)

Indonesia prepares 600,000 ha land for transmigration

The government has allocated 600,000 hectares of land as part of a transmigration program for people want to move from crowded cities and towns to remote agricultural areas.
“There are 600,000 hectares of land that is ready to be converted into a transmigration area both for local residents and those from Java,” said Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration Ministry’s development and people’s empowerment director general Ahmad Erani Yustika in Jakarta on Friday as reported by tempo.co.
He declined to divulge the exact location of the property, revealing only that it is located in Kalimantan.
The transmigration program facilitates people who wanted to become farmers by providing them with sufficient agricultural land.
In the 1980s and 1990s, many residents of Java and Bali moved to Sumatra, Kalimantan and even Papua, but currently, the government is now inviting locals to take part in the program.
Erani said with the program, his ministry is also supporting a land reform campaign, in which the government distributes plots of mostly forest lands to farmers from 74,910 villages.
“About 40 percent of the 74,910 villages have forest territories. There are also villages that have  mining areas and social forests controlled by the Environmental Affairs and Forestry Ministry,” he added. (bbn)
